The high pressure stainless steel coupling is our proprietary product. It is doubly grooved or reverse grooved. The high pressure stainless steel coupling maximum pressures are up to 30MPa(4380Psi). Specially designed for high pressure applications.
The high pressure stainless steel coupling is made of 304 316l stainless steel, 2205 dual phase steel, 2507 super dual phase steel and other dual phase steel alloy materials with high strength and corrosion resistance. Its 304 and 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts can withstand repeated friction and compression.
The shell can be made of 2507 super duplex steel meeting the requirements of ASTM a890 grade 5a, 2205 duplex stainless steel meeting the requirements of ASTM a890 grade 4a, 254SMO (ck3mcun) duplex stainless steel meeting the requirements of ASTM A743, CF8M meeting the requirements of ASTM A743 and cf3m meeting the requirements of ASTM A743. The structure of sealing ring adopts "C" type sealing structure, and the material is EPDM. The temperature range is (- 50 ~ 150 ℃ ° C）。 Suitable for cold water, hot water, dilute acid, oil-free air and a variety of chemicals.
Bolt and nut:
The carriage bolts of international standard model are adopted, and the bolts and nuts are made of 316 stainless steel, meeting the American ASTM f-593 standard
